Drift is reported but nobody recognizes it

Do not dismiss it. Trace the change to an authorized governance decision and the transaction that executed it. If it cannot be explained, treat the Safe as potentially compromised.

The Safe cannot be detected

• Confirm that the input is the Safe address, not an owner or transaction address.
• Select the network explicitly.
• Testnets are not included in automatic mainnet detection.
• Confirm that the selected network is one of the supported networks.

The queue is empty

There may be no pending transactions. Confirm the network and Safe address. Unproposed Transaction Builder drafts are local to their creator and cannot be discovered from a Safe address; import the JSON export or enter the fields manually.

Safe Transaction Service import fails

The service may be unavailable, rate-limited, or require authorization for an endpoint. Use the JSON or Manual Input tab as the independent fallback.

Simulation is unavailable

GoPlus simulation is supported only on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and Base, and it must be enabled explicitly. All local analysis remains available on other supported networks.

An unknown call is not decoded

Enable Resolve unknown calls online if sharing the target address and selector with public directories is acceptable. Otherwise, verify the selector and ABI independently.

RPC errors or suspicious data

Retry after a short interval and compare the result with a trusted block explorer or independent node. The current UI selects from configured RPC fallbacks; it does not accept a custom RPC URL.

The hash does not match

Stop. Do not sign. Confirm the network, Safe address, nonce, target, value, calldata, operation, gas fields, refund receiver, and any other Safe transaction fields. A single difference produces a different SafeTxHash.
